As a celebrant acting on behalf of Sacred Heart Sanctuary, a belief body recognised by the Registrar General for Scotland, I am authorised to solemnise marriage anywhere in Scotland with a personalised ceremony that blends religious, spiritual, or entirely non-religious elements, exactly as suits you.
